Job Summary: This professional will support departmental goals and KPIs by providing technical support for equipment, fiber optic networks, and systems, as well as performing maintenance and project-related tasks. Participation in technical projects and documentation **Job Description:** ---------------------- Support departmental goals and KPIs Assist in customer activation and maintenance Provide technical support and configure equipment Assist in diagnosing and resolving faults (hardware, software, and network) Support installation and maintenance of equipment and fiber optic networks Assist in internet tower activities Retrieve equipment from customers Assist in fiber optic cable splicing, termination, and preparation Inspect defects in networks and equipment Support preventive and corrective network maintenance Assist in aligning fibers, cables, and optical distribution boxes Handle fiber optic cable breaks Support the development and execution of installation projects Assist in technical documentation of activities Perform work at heights using PPE and collective protection equipment (CPE) Operate company vehicles Assist in electrical systems, air conditioning, and lightning protection systems (SPDA) Support communication installations Participate in new project implementation Assist in generator handling Participate in on-call duty schedules Support data collection for network inventory and documentation Assist in material and asset movement and control Implement process improvements within the department Comply with corporate compliance policies and code of ethics Travel when required Serve internal and external stakeholders Perform related duties as required **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed elementary education. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience in the telecommunications technical field is desirable. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance Starbem \- Health and Well-being Telecare Day off Group life insurance Corporate University \- Mhnet Ensina Internet discount after probation period Transportation allowance Wellhub (Gympass) Mobile plan discount **Work Location:** ---------------------- Joaçaba/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 17:30 \- Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00
