Technical mentoring and resolution of complex problems **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Coordinate development squads; * Implement and communicate development and architectural standards to the team; * Ensure application of robust coding practices, including automated testing and documentation; * Participate in effort estimation and deadline definition with the team and stakeholders; * Assist in task prioritization based on impact, complexity, and business value; * Identify and mitigate technical risks that may affect schedule or quality; * Support the team in solving technical problems; * Supervise technical progress of tasks, ensuring code quality and alignment with best practices and development standards; * Contribute hands-on to strategic or highly complex initiatives; * Resolve complex technical problems arising during the software lifecycle; * Ensure developed solutions meet request requirements; * Conduct and encourage thorough code reviews, providing technical and constructive feedback; * Identify technical blockers and offer support to overcome daily challenges; * Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the team, promoting professional growth. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, and/or Information Systems. * Proficiency in programming languages and tools. * Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React JS. * Back-end: Node JS, PHP.
