They will handle medium- and high-complexity solutions with technical autonomy, architectural vision, and a strong emphasis on quality, performance, security, and scalability. They will also actively contribute to the company’s technological evolution—supporting architectural decisions, disseminating best development practices, and promoting continuous improvement of solutions aligned with business needs, market demands, and customer expectations. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain medium- and high-complexity systems and applications based on functional and technical requirements defined by involved teams; * Define screen layouts, reports, navigation flows, and ergonomic criteria, ensuring usability and quality of user experience; * Model and structure databases, guaranteeing data integrity, performance, and security; * Define and implement system and application architectures aligned with business needs, quality standards, and ISO norms; * Develop algorithms independently to solve complex problems and critical scenarios; * Structure and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring solution security, reliability, performance, and backward compatibility; * Develop and enhance system security, performance, and scalability models; * Contribute to continuous improvement of solutions, techniques, and processes by monitoring market trends and demands; * Monitor the full lifecycle of systems and applications, ensuring adherence to defined architecture and established requirements; * Prepare, document, and release major versions, while keeping technical and process documentation up to date; * Monitor performance, identify failures, perform corrections, database migrations, and client validations; * Ensure traceability of changes using adopted management tools; * Serve as a technical reference, guiding and supporting junior professionals and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams; * Monitor performance indicators and carry out related activities as required by the company. **Requirements:** --------------- We seek professionals with solid backend PHP development experience, technical autonomy, architectural vision, and a strong commitment to solution quality, security, and scalability.
