Manage maintenance costs and optimize resources **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate fleet Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM) activities; * Develop and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans; * Ensure vehicle availability and reliability, guaranteeing compliance with maintenance plans; * Monitor maintenance performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, costs, etc.); * Manage maintenance costs, proposing cost-reduction and resource-optimization initiatives; * Supervise service scheduling and work order control; * Lead the planning team, promoting technical development and alignment with company goals; * Prepare management reports and present results to senior management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in PCM, preferably in transportation or fleet sectors; * Knowledge of maintenance management (preventive, corrective, and predictive); * Proficiency in maintenance indicators and data analysis; * Experience with maintenance management systems; * Strong leadership and people management skills.
