QUALITY ANALYST

What will you do here? Implement and develop BE1's Quality Management System, supporting the structuring of processes, standardization, and continuous improvement, with a focus on preparing the company for ISO 9001 certification\. Support the implementation and maintenance of the company's Quality Management System (QMS); Map, review, and standardize internal processes in collaboration with organizational departments; Develop, review, and control quality documents, procedures, work instructions, and records; Monitor action plans and quality-related indicators and continuous improvement; Assist in implementing practices aligned with ISO 9001 requirements; Support internal and external audits by organizing required documents and evidence; Promote tracking of nonconformities and opportunities for improvement; Collaborate with teams to raise awareness about processes, quality, and standardization; Use Bitrix24 as the platform for management, process monitoring, and internal controls; Contribute to building an organizational culture focused on quality, organization, and operational efficiency.
