JOB MISSION Ensure accurate management and control of employees' working hours, guaranteeing compliance with labor legislation, collective agreements, and internal policies, thereby contributing to the integrity of payroll data and mitigation of labor-related risks. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------------------------- * Perform control, verification, and closing of electronic time clocks, ensuring accurate calculation of worked hours, overtime, additional allowances, and absences. * Monitor hour banks, compensations, and special work schedules, ensuring compliance with legislation and collective agreements. * Guide managers and employees on working hour rules, time clock registration, shift schedules, and internal policies. * Analyze time clock inconsistencies, request adjustments, and monitor timely regularization within established deadlines. * Support the payroll closing process, ensuring correct submission of working hour-related information. * Prepare reports and metrics on absenteeism, overtime, and hour banks to support management. * Collaborate with Labor Relations and Personnel Departments during audits, inspections, and legal matters related to working hours. * Participate in process and system improvements for time tracking, aiming for greater efficiency and data reliability. **BASIC REQUIREMENTS** ---------------------- * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. * Prior experience with electronic time clock control and Personnel Department routines. * Knowledge of labor legislation related to working hours.
