**Job Description:**

Achieve goals and KPIs under your responsibility; Perform fiber optic cable splicing and network infrastructure work; Prepare cables for splicing; Identify faults in the network and equipment; Remove equipment from customers' premises; Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure continuous operation of the fiber optic network; Align fibers, cables, and optical distribution boxes; Respond to fiber optic cable breaks; Perform customer activation and maintenance; Install, configure, and maintain equipment; Perform relocations when necessary; Support the development and execution of installation projects; Guide and train the workforce; Prepare technical documentation of activities; Perform tasks at heights using appropriate PPE and collective protection measures (EPC); Operate company vehicles with care; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on low-voltage DC/AC electrical systems, air conditioning systems, data transmission systems, and lightning protection systems (SPDA); Diagnose failures; Plan, evaluate, and execute installations to establish communications; Participate in new deployment projects; Configure equipment; Handle and operate low-voltage generators; Participate in on-call duty schedules, responding to alerts and performing necessary tasks to ensure network operation; Collect information to support network inventory and documentation; Manage movement, registration, and inventory of materials, assets (active or passive) at application sites; Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within your area; Adhere to Compliance standards, Code of Ethics, and all other corporate policies; Travel when required; Serve internal and external stakeholders; Perform other duties relevant to the area as needed.
