**Job Mission:** Conduct external sales by directly approaching customers, offering the company's products and services, and negotiating commercial terms. Visit potential and existing customers, seek business opportunities, ensure customer satisfaction, and follow up on orders, deliveries, and after\-sales service. **Job Responsibilities:*** Offer product assortments suitable to each customer's profile. * Negotiate prices, deadlines, payment terms, and purchase volumes. * Ensure achievement of established quantitative and qualitative sales targets. * Customer portfolio management: * Visit customers according to the frequency and days agreed upon with the company and the customer; * Maintain a healthy customer portfolio by developing current customers and prospecting new ones along the route; * Update customer information: registration, credit * Provide an excellent level of sales service: * Study each customer's profile and implement the correct strategy for each cluster; * Increase assortment and sales volume through customer sell\-out; * Identify customer needs and preferences. * Guide customers on the proper use, storage, or display of products. * Present new launches and promotions in a persuasive manner. * Seek ways to resolve complaints or issues related to deliveries, quality, or service, contacting internal support when necessary. * Master and meticulously follow all steps of the sales process. * **Prepare the route before departure:** Check the route via the system to ensure efficiency. * **Follow the sequential order of the daily visit schedule:** Adhere to the planned sequence of visits. * **Know and be known by our customers:** Establish and maintain close relationships with customers. * **Display and maintenance of point\-of\-sale materials (POS materials):** Ensure materials are properly displayed and maintained. * **Restock and promote good product presentation on shelves/refrigerators and at each point\-of\-sale:** Ensure products are adequately stocked and well presented. * **Perform product rotation:** Alert customers about products nearing expiration and suggest price reductions. * **Guide customers on pricing practices:** Provide clear guidance on pricing. * **Verify customers' knowledge of digital platforms and incentives:** Ensure customers know how to use the tools and take advantage of available incentives. * **Make the quality of services provided clearly visible:** Demonstrate service quality through concrete actions. * **Make sales proposals:** Present special offers via digital platforms, NRABs, combos, and sales force initiatives. * **Properly conclude each visit:** Ensure visits are closed correctly and professionally. * Update strategies and actions during meetings. * Prepare routes with customer analysis and tools. * Update information in the system and follow assigned routes. * Execute the basic sales routine at each customer visited. * Analyze prices, offers, and prepare order suggestions. * Offer orders aligned with customer needs. * Verify that deliveries are being made correctly. * Perform on\-route registrations. * Participate in meetings. * Analyze delinquency and create collection strategies. * Ensure proper execution of routines at the point of sale. * Ensure adequate restocking and minimize stockouts. * Monitor deliveries and returns. * Analyze sales performance and objectives, ensuring target achievement. * Identify unserved customers and expand the customer base. * **Market and Competition Monitoring:** Monitor market behavior and competitor activities, identifying opportunities to improve sales strategies and adjusting approaches according to market trends.
