Guide the team, optimize processes, and train new employees **Description**: \*\*IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED\*\* The Sewing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and monitoring all stages of the production process in the sewing department, ensuring quality, productivity, and smooth progress of team activities. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the sewing team, guiding seamstresses on operating procedures, priorities, and deadlines. Assign daily tasks and targets, ensuring continuous production flow. Monitor garment quality, inspecting seams, finishes, and compliance with established standards. Track production time and identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes.
