Training and mentoring for new administrative assistants Ensure efficient administrative operations across Siqueira Campos Importação e Distribuição units through execution, control, and continuous improvement of operational processes, providing necessary support to internal departments and ensuring compliance with corporate standards. Develop improvements in branch administrative processes; Standardize local administrative procedures according to headquarters guidelines; Generate analytical reports for leadership decision-making; Support external audits with documentary evidence collection and justifications; Support leadership in results review and planning meetings; Train and mentor new administrative assistants; Monitor and critically analyze administrative performance indicators; Propose actions to reduce administrative operational costs; Support leadership in reviewing local contracts and amendments; Evaluate adherence to internal policies and regulations; Participate in internal committees or operational forums; Communicate directly with supervisors, coordinators, and regional managers; Manage confidential documentation responsibly and securely; Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative routines. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Completed High School * Extensive experience in administrative roles, including Invoice Issuance * ADVANCED OFFICE SUITE (WORD; EXCEL; POWER POINT); EXPERIENCE WITH ERP SYSTEMS
