




**Job Responsibilities:** * Assist the immediate supervisor and other departments in activities such as information registration, document organization and preparation, material inventory control, and other administrative tasks. * Assist in organizing, typing, and filing documents. * Prepare reports and control spreadsheets as instructed. * Perform material inventory control. * Carry out external administrative services. * Support Human Resources Department activities, such as controlling employee timekeeping records. * Distribute PPEs to employees and record them on the control sheet. * Support documentation related to employee onboarding and internal transfers. * Support the Occupational Safety Department in area-related requests. * Attend client meetings. * Guide new employees regarding area-specific responsibilities, accompanying them and facilitating their familiarity with the workplace. **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education. * Intermediate Office software proficiency. * 6 months of experience in administrative routines. * Driver’s license category B. * **Reside in Currais Novos/RN.**
