What do we expect from the Product Assistant? We seek an organized, curious, and detail-oriented individual with systemic vision and interest in contributing to the evolution of Amarante’s products. Someone who enjoys collaborative work, connecting concept, standardization, and operations to continuously enhance guest experiences. What challenge will you face here? The main challenge will be supporting the management and evolution of Amarante’s products, ensuring that Product Manuals reflect both industry best practices and the operational reality of our resorts, while also contributing to innovation projects, new developments, and expansions. What are the routine responsibilities of the Product Assistant? * Address non-conformities and perform simple corrections in Product Manuals; * Update existing Product Manuals; * Develop concepts and validate event briefings held at resorts; * Support the Operational Innovation Proposal Project, including submission of weekly reports; * Assist in developing Quality Inspection checklists based on Product Manuals; * Support validation of architectural designs for new developments and expansions; * Actively collaborate in developing manuals for new products; * Support analysis of experience metrics (NPS, guest comments, inspections), suggesting product improvements; * Collaborate in implementing new resorts and expansions, working integrally across departments. Required Education, Knowledge, and Prerequisites * Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or Advertising and Public Relations (with prior experience in advertising account handling or planning); * Intermediate English proficiency; * Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Drive); * Willingness to travel; * Organized, curious, detail-oriented profile with systemic vision; * Interest in travel, hospitality, gastronomy, consumer trends, and leisure experiences; * Strong aesthetic references in design and architecture; * Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively across departments and professional profiles.
