We are looking for a Surgical Advisor passionate about humanized patient care and process organization, ensuring that our patients’ journey—from diagnosis to surgery—is smooth and safe. **Responsibilities:** * Provide consultative care to patients indicated for surgery, guiding them on exams, timelines, and preparations. * Ensure compliance of preoperative documentation and medical records to prevent cancellations or delays. * Identify each patient’s specific needs, proactively proposing solutions to exceed expectations and create delight. **Essential Requirements:** * Prior experience in Ophthalmology; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Ability to present budgets, negotiate payment methods, and convert budgets into performed procedures, focusing on ethical, consultative sales closing; * Capacity to convey technical information clearly, empathetically, and securely to patients and companions, adapting language to the audience. **Opportunity Details:** Location: Ilha do Leite, Recife - PE.
