Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead logistics operations, optimize resources, and ensure continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure efficiency across the entire logistics chain We are looking for a **Logistics Supervisor** to lead Lightwall’s logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in receiving, storage, material handling, picking, shipping, and transportation of raw materials and finished products. This professional will be responsible for coordinating the team, ensuring on-time delivery, optimizing logistics resources, and driving continuous process improvement—contributing to meeting production and customer demands. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate activities related to receiving, storage, material handling, picking, shipping, and transportation of materials and finished products; * Plan and assign logistics team tasks, ensuring adherence to deadlines and operational targets; * Monitor inventory levels, ensuring inventory accuracy and material availability for production; * Oversee loading and unloading of materials, ensuring product integrity and compliance with operational procedures; * Track logistics performance indicators (e.g., On-Time In-Full [OTIF], inventory accuracy, loading time, productivity, logistics costs); * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, organization, and environmental standards throughout logistics operations; * Coordinate cyclic and general inventories, ensuring reliability of inventory data; * Collaborate with Production, Production Planning and Control (PCP), Procurement, Quality, and Shipping departments to ensure efficient material flow; * Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, proposing actions to increase productivity and reduce costs; * Develop, guide, and monitor team performance, delivering ongoing training and feedback; * Ensure proper use of material handling equipment and maintain warehouse and yard organization. Requirements * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor, Team Leader, or Logistics Foreman in an industrial environment; * Experience managing operational teams and logistics processes; * Knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, material handling, and shipping; * Experience with logistics KPIs and performance management; * Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory control tools. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in construction, precast concrete, or manufacturing industries; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Logistics, Kaizen, and the 5S methodology; * Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); * Knowledge of route planning, transportation, and fleet management; * Additional education in Supply Chain Management.
