Requirements * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor, Team Leader, or Logistics Foreman in an industrial environment; * Experience managing operational teams and logistics processes; * Knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, material handling, and shipping; * Experience with logistics KPIs and performance management; * Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory control tools. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in construction, precast concrete, or manufacturing industries; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Logistics, Kaizen, and the 5S methodology; * Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); * Knowledge of route planning, transportation, and fleet management; * Additional education in Supply Chain Management.
