We are a 100% Brazilian company specializing in lighting projects for both public and private sectors. Our headquarters is located in Campina Grande – PB, and our administrative office is in Piedade, Jaboatão dos Guararapes – PE, with branches distributed across several cities, including Recife, Gravatá, Ipojuca, Goiana, Arapiraca, and São Luís. **We are hiring an HR Manager:** **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Develop and implement HR policies and processes aligned with the company's strategic objectives * Lead the HR team by providing necessary guidance, training, and support * Conduct recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and career development processes * Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company regulations * Actively participate in the company's strategic planning process, proposing people management-related initiatives * Promote organizational culture by encouraging teamwork and transparent communication **Job Requirements:** * Proven experience as an HR Manager or in similar positions * Solid knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices * Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields * A postgraduate degree in People Management or related areas will be considered an advantage **Work Location:** * Piedade – PE
