Join our Network too! \#vemprarede **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze personnel requisitions for all open positions from client departments to verify candidate profiles, responsibilities, job titles, and compensation; * Source resumes/candidates and promote job openings through internal channels; * Recruit and select candidates according to procedures established in the selection process for operational positions; * Forward the hiring process for candidates approved in selection; * Manage the inclusion program for people with disabilities; * Perform other related and inherent duties; * Stay updated in your field of expertise, consistently seeking best practices.
