Teamwork and good communication **OBJECTIVE:** Prepare healthy and nutritious meals for children, ensuring food quality and safety, while contributing to a pleasant and welcoming kitchen environment **Responsibilities and Duties** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare daily meals according to the established menu, prioritizing quality and nutrition; * Ensure proper handling and storage of food, following hygiene and food safety standards; * Supervise kitchen support staff, ensuring efficiency and organization during meal preparation; * Perform cleaning and organization of the kitchen, maintaining a safe and healthy environment; * Collaborate with the school team in promoting healthy eating habits among students; * Maintain food inventory records and request purchases when necessary. * Properly store food samples **Requirements and Qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS:** * 2 years of experience as a cook, preferably in collective dining environments. * Course in * Food handling certification is a plus. * Knowledge of child nutrition and special diets is a plus. **Additional Information** **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** * Ability to work in a team; * Good communication skills; * Organized; * Creative Are you passionate about education and, just like us, do you dream of a better and more peaceful world?
