Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze market trends, sectoral regulations, and competitor behavior to propose strategic adjustments aimed at maximizing opportunities and mitigating risks. * Develop commercial action plans, including short-, medium-, and long-term goals aligned with corporate objectives and ensuring achievement of revenue targets. * Support the commercial team in strategic relationship management. * Ensure the financial sustainability of projects and maximize profitability of proposed solutions, closely monitoring contract closing processes. * Act as a strategic consultant for clients, proposing innovative technical and commercial solutions. * Support tendering processes, including document organization and operational support. * Establish and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients, business partners, regulatory bodies, and suppliers, ensuring alignment between the company’s commercial needs and market expectations. * Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and sector meetings, strengthening the brand and expanding the professional network. * Manage supplier contracting for trade fairs, events, and institutional initiatives, including production of supporting materials. * Collaborate with engineering, commercial, operations, sustainability, and marketing departments to ensure technical and economic feasibility of proposals and delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget. * Support leadership in training and developing the commercial team, promoting knowledge sharing and ensuring strategic alignment of sales activities with corporate goals. * Monitor, analyze, and report on commercial performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as needed to ensure achievement of sales targets. * Serve as super user of the CRM system, responsible for support, implementation, continuous improvement, and structuring of the system for commercial departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Commercial Management, Energy, Sustainability, or related areas is desirable. * Significant experience in commercial roles, particularly in projects directly involving Distributed Generation or in renewable energy, energy efficiency, or infrastructure-related sectors. * Experience in large-scale enterprises or highly complex energy sector organizations is desirable. * Driver’s license category B or higher. * Willingness to travel to the Group’s biometane plants. * Foreign language fluency, especially English, for negotiations with global suppliers and clients is desirable. * Experience in developing new products or services in the energy sector is a strong differentiator. **Additional Information** PEOPLE are our greatest ENERGY.
