Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the accuracy of material inbound and outbound processes, monitoring productivity indicators, supervising safety, and optimizing logistics processes. Responsibility for yard safety and optimization of yard flow * Verify invoices, delivery notes, and orders to ensure accuracy of material inbound and outbound processes. * Monitor team productivity indicators and propose continuous improvements. * Monitor proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. * Guide drivers and assistants regarding routes, priorities, and material handling precautions. * Control yard inbound and outbound traffic flow, optimizing physical space utilization. * Check basic maintenance of forklifts and overhead cranes, recording repair requirements. * Ensure that picking and loading follow standard procedures for securing, labeling, and preserving materials. * Support internal and external audits, as required.
