Job Summary: The professional will create and support the development of monitoring and evaluation projects, aiming at learning, transparency, and efficiency in resource use through data. Proposing and supervising improvements in data collection, processing, and management. **PROJECT CONTEXT AND DESCRIPTION:** AVSI Brazil is a non-profit civil society organization, founded in 2007, focused on improving the living conditions of people in vulnerable situations. It works in partnership with international cooperation actors, public sector entities, and the private sector. Linked to the AVSI Foundation, an Italian NGO active in Brazil since the 1980s, its mission is to promote people’s agency in their own development, as well as that of their families and communities. It implements social projects based on a methodology of integral and solidarity-based development, oriented toward autonomy and human dignity. **BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:** Creating and supporting the development of monitoring and evaluation projects, contributing to promoting learning, transparency, and efficiency in resource use through research processes, data collection, systematization, organization, and communication of data, results, and impact of initiatives carried out by AVSI. **MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:** Ensuring monitoring of the life cycle of Social Projects, including budgetary aspects and those related to measuring activities planned in the program; Contributing to feeding, analyzing, and building budgetary monitoring reports and systems for the program; Ensuring all information and events are recorded and available for consultation; Ensuring timely and complete preparation of monthly and quarterly reports to the funder; Supporting the administrative department in monitoring project assets and properties, ensuring necessary information for accountability and auditing; Contributing to strengthening program monitoring and data collection, using tools already available; Proposing and supervising improvement processes in data collection, processing, and management; Participating in general team meetings; Other duties assigned by the project management.
