**Job Description and Responsibilities:**
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 5:00 AM to 2:48 PM, with a 1-hour and 2-minute lunch break

* Plan and monitor the daily production team activities during **Shift A (5:00 AM to 2:48 PM\)** to ensure achievement of operational targets.
* Monitor performance indicators using **production KPIs** to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Ensure strict adherence to **quality** and **occupational safety** standards throughout the entire production process.
* Monitor efficient use of resources and equipment, promoting preventive maintenance to avoid unplanned stoppages.
* Oversee compliance with standard operating procedures (**SOPs**) to optimize productivity.
* Manage inventory control of production inputs to ensure continuous availability.
**?? How You Will Interact and Deliver Impact**
* Collaborate with **Maintenance**, **Quality**, and **Operational Excellence** departments to align processes and ensure operational efficiency.
* Conduct daily team meetings to foster engagement and technical skill development.
* Promote continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as **Lean Manufacturing** to reduce waste and increase productivity.
* Report results and challenges to leadership, supporting strategic production decision-making.
**Requirements:** **?? Essential Requirements**
* Completed high school education;
* Incomplete undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience — considered a plus;
* Advanced proficiency in Portuguese, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
**?? Technical Competencies**
* Solid experience in team and productive process management.
* Advanced knowledge of **Lean Manufacturing** and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Proficiency in production control tools, such as **ERP** and advanced **Microsoft Excel**.
* Ability to analyze performance indicators (**KPIs**) and prepare management reports.
