Job Summary: Operational opportunity to work on the production line, assisting with assembly, inspection, and organization, while collaborating with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Completed high school education and availability to work rotating shifts. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Shift A, B, C, and commercial hours **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform support activities on the production line, ensuring efficient process flow. * Assist in assembling and disassembling equipment and machinery as required. * Conduct material and supply inspections to ensure appropriate quality and quantity. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. * Collaborate with the team to achieve established production targets. * Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and job-related knowledge. * Report issues and improvement suggestions to the immediate supervisor. * Perform other related tasks as required by production demands. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Basic knowledge of production processes. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Good communication and organizational skills. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical course in production or related fields. * Prior experience in an industrial setting. * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations. * Proficiency with hand tools and machinery. **Benefits:** Internal benefits, Food basket, Parking, Profit sharing, On-site meals, Transportation, Meal allowance
