Job Summary: An HR support professional responsible for administrative services, supplier and customer communication, resource acquisition, and assistance in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and personnel development. Assistance in training and personnel development **Mandatory Educational Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; **Desirable Educational Requirements:** * Currently pursuing undergraduate degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business Management; **Desirable Technical Requirements:** * Knowledge of profile assessment; * Knowledge of organizational culture; * Knowledge of interviews; * Knowledge of resume screening; * Knowledge of performance evaluation; * Knowledge of climate surveys; * Knowledge of talent retention; * Knowledge of personnel development; * Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law); * Knowledge of ISO 9001; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of ERP systems and software; **Desirable Experience:** * 1 year of experience in the field; **Responsibilities:** Perform support services within the human resources department. Communicate with suppliers and customers to provide and receive information regarding products and services; handle various documents, complying with all necessary procedures related to them. Work in resource acquisition, planning and implementing strategies to attract and contact donors/partners. Assist in the recruitment and selection process. Guide candidates through required procedures for hiring; assist in interview processes, resume evaluation, and profile analysis; support onboarding processes; assist in training and personnel development.
