**Mandatory Educational Requirements:** * Completed High School; **Desirable Educational Requirements:** * Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and/or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Process Management, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Maintenance Management, Administration, or Logistics; * MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management, Mechatronics, Automotive Electrical Systems, Automation and Control; **Desirable Technical Requirements:** * Knowledge of Pneumatics; * Knowledge of Automotive Electrical Systems; * Knowledge of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance; * Knowledge of Tires; * Knowledge of Hydraulics; * Knowledge of Automation and Control; * Knowledge of Spare Parts; * Knowledge of ISO 9001; * Knowledge of LGPD and Compliance; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Proficiency in ERP and Software Systems; **Desirable Experience:** * 1 year in the field; **Responsibilities:** Analyze and develop inspections, maintenance procedures, preventive maintenance plans, pending issue assessments, purchase requests, and maintenance service planning; provide support to preventive and corrective maintenance planning; maintain maintenance record controls; register and control maintenance requirements; comply with established disciplinary and safety regulations; assume responsibility for executing the maintenance schedule prepared by the planning team; supply data for generating management reports; issue daily maintenance schedules; plan maintenance activities during the shift; conduct technical, administrative, and safety training for the team; monitor and review spare parts and service registrations via the warehouse system; oversee equipment replenishment processes; develop lubrication plans and technical maintenance reports for equipment; perform monthly fuel consumption control and mileage tracking; monitor equipment warranty revision processes; monitor and control equipment tires in coordination with suppliers; implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs; execute preventive maintenance plans; analyze equipment history records; schedule maintenance plans; develop performance indicators; assist the team in conceptualizing new projects for industrial expansion; procure auxiliary manufacturing equipment; prepare technical descriptive specifications for quotation requests; conduct technical\-financial feasibility analyses for projects; contract electrical, mechanical, and utilities services; monitor service execution and acceptance; sign invoices and payment authorizations. Handle external maintenance matters.
