**Caluba Sementes** is seeking a **Logistics Assistant** to support the company's logistics operations, ensuring organization, control, and efficiency from product arrival through to customer delivery. We seek an organized professional with attention to detail, strong communication skills, proactivity, and the ability to handle multiple operational and administrative logistics tasks. **Key responsibilities** * Assist with overall logistics, monitoring the flow from product arrival at the company to customer delivery; * Support the implementation, execution, and team and customer training for load scheduling tools; * Assist in aligning delivery requirements with the sales team, ensuring consistency between requests and logistical capacity; * Support freight quotations with transport companies for CIF shipments, seeking optimal cost\-benefit and quality; * Perform verification and completion of loading orders; * Assist with daily and weekly load and unloading scheduling; * Support monitoring of logistics operations, flagging delays, questions, and operational contingencies; * Support alignment of preventive maintenance and mandatory fleet inspections; * Register vehicles, drivers, and users in fleet management systems; * Assist with administrative management of the company's internal vehicle fleet. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Preferred: currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of logistics, transportation, and fleet control; * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. **Advantages** * Experience with logistics management systems or fleet tracking systems; * Knowledge of logistics KPIs; * Experience in load planning and coordination with transport companies; * Familiarity with telematics and fleet management. **Behavioral competencies** * Organization; * Proactivity; * Responsibility; * Agility; * Assertive communication; * Teamwork; * Focused attention; * Commitment to processes and deadlines.
