Information security support **JOB: IT TECHNICIAN II \- Intermittent** **Location:** Chapecó/SC **Contract Type:** Intermittent **Expected Start Date:** 01/22/2026 We are hiring an **IT Technician II** to provide on-site technical support and hardware maintenance for IT equipment in a corporate environment. ### **Main Responsibilities** * On-site technical support to end users * Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and peripherals * Installation, configuration, and formatting of operating systems * Installation and support for software, applications, and digital certificates * Network, printing, and telephony support * Backup, restoration, and file management * Technical ticket handling and logging * Information security support (antivirus, firewall, updates) ### **Requirements** * Completed technical education or ongoing higher education in IT * Minimum 2 years of experience in IT technical support * Knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Technical English * Availability for on-call assignments * Driver's license not mandatory ### **Compensation and Benefits** * * Statutory benefits payment (pro-rated 13th salary and vacation pay) * **Meal Allowance: R$ 31.00 per day (no deduction)** * **Life Insurance** * **Availability Bonus:** R$ 100.00 for the first on-call assignment of the month * (maximum of up to 10 on-call assignments per month) ### **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday * Hours: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM * Estimated monthly workload: 200 hours ### **Behavioral Profile** * Commitment and professional confidentiality * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Agility, focus, and professional demeanor Minimum Education Level: Higher Education
