* Assist in repairing defects left on the roadway after construction work. * Assist in leveling the asphalt mixture after resurfacing process. * Assist in placing and collecting traffic cones and signage. * Fill small holes on the roadway with asphalt mixture. * Finish the asphalt surface to ensure it is leveled without creating bumps. * Monitor the amount of asphalt mixture dispensed by the machine and communicate with the operator for necessary adjustments. * Assist in road signaling using cones and signs. Spread the asphalt mixture with a shovel to aid in leveling. REQUIREMENTS: * Elementary school diploma preferred; * Availability to stay at company housing; * Willingness to travel for work.
