Job Summary:
Operate bubble extruder, monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure quality, and perform basic preventive maintenance.
Key Highlights:
1. Continuous operation and monitoring of bubble extruder
2. Identification and correction of defects in the extrusion process
3. Collaboration with Quality, R&D, and PCP teams
* Prepare the extruder for production start-up by performing setup and adjustments of temperature, screw rotation speed, pressure, and line speed;
* Operate bubble extruder, continuously monitoring process parameters;
* Identify and correct typical extrusion defects such as thickness variation, bubble rupture, marks, gels, and flow lines;
* Monitor bubble stability, film uniformity, gloss, and thickness;
* Perform screen changes, filter cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance of equipment;
* Proactively identify deviations and technical issues;
* Collaborate with Quality, R&D, and PCP departments to ensure compliance with standards and production plans;
* Support training of junior and full-level operators.

Salary: R$1.671,32 - R$4.598,03 per month
