**Description of Activities:** * Support the administration and maintenance of desktops, servers, networks, and security systems; * Monitor and assist in monitoring the IT infrastructure, identifying and resolving issues before they affect end users; * Provide support for IT projects, such as system migrations and implementation of new solutions. * Perform detailed and organized technical documentation of networks, systems, and procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
