Operational and administrative spreadsheet control using Excel **Responsibilities:** * Handle telephone customer service and route service requests to field teams. * Support staff by clarifying questions and recording requests. * Locate field teams and organize daily service scheduling. * Distribute work orders according to priority and operational needs. * Verify, update, and close work orders in the system. * Control operational and administrative spreadsheets using advanced Excel features (filters, basic formulas, pivot tables, data organization). * Monitor operation-related reports and performance indicators for teams. * Perform general administrative tasks using computers and internal systems. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, as well as department-related files and documents. * Assist with internal routines, ensuring accurate and timely information flow to supervision and management. **Requirements:** * Experience in administrative routines or team scheduling (preferred). * Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication ability. * Organizational skills, agility, and attention to detail. * **Proficiency in Excel** (mandatory). * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
