This role will serve as the internal point of contact for legal, compliance, and governance matters, while also supporting senior management in meetings and strategic decisions. The analyst will directly interact with external law firms on complex matters, contributing to risk mitigation and maintaining good legal, regulatory, and ESG practices. **Responsibilities and duties** **Document and Contract Management** * Draft, review, and analyze contracts of various types (clients, suppliers, partners, confidentiality, intellectual property, etc.). * Organize, classify, register, and archive legal documents (contracts, amendments, notices, powers of attorney). * Monitor the entry, exit, and progress of contracts in an internal system. * Request, verify, and send documents to clients, law firms, and relevant authorities. * Support audits and inspections by providing documents and information. * Conduct legal risk assessments for new products, services, and business models. * Stay updated on regulatory standards in the technology and innovation sector. **Operational Legal Support** * Serve as the internal point of contact for low- and medium-complexity legal inquiries and requests. * Forward and monitor complex matters to external law firms (corporate, tax, labor). * Draft executive meeting minutes and consolidate legal, compliance, and ESG requirements. * Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and controls related to the legal area. **Compliance and Governance** * Assist in drafting, reviewing, and disseminating corporate policies. * Manage the reporting channel: initial screening, registration, and coordination with the committee. * Conduct third-party due diligence (document collection, integrity clauses, periodic reviews). * Deliver compliance training (onboarding and annual refreshers), ensuring evidence is recorded. * Monitor compliance indicators (channel SLA, trained employees, Code of Ethics acceptance, third-party due diligence). * Consolidate recommendations for continuous process improvement and strengthening organizational culture. **Internal Relationship and Support** * Attend to employees and managers regarding legal and compliance matters. * Guide internal clients on legal workflows, policies, and procedures. * Support the financial and executive leadership in preparing periodic reports. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Law. * Active OAB registration. **Experience** * Experience in corporate legal routines, preferably in medium to large companies or startups. * Experience in contract analysis and management. * Desired experience in compliance and corporate governance programs. * Experience interacting with external legal firms. **Technical Knowledge** * Knowledge of contract and labor laws (intermediate level). * Understanding of compliance and integrity standards and best practices. * Proficiency in Office Suite/Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience with contract and/or compliance management systems (a plus). **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Clear, assertive communication suitable for diverse audiences. * Ethics, integrity, and confidentiality. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Collaborative mindset and partnership attitude across different company areas. **Additional information** * **Breakfast** (optional); * **Free lunch** for employees; * **Daily healthy snack**; * **Transportation allowance**: you are entitled to transportation benefits as provided by CLT; * **Dental plan** Uniodonto (according to internal policy); * **Health insurance** Unimed (according to internal policy); * **Education assistance** (according to internal policy); * **Career Development and Growth Plan** (according to internal policy); * **Profit and Results Sharing Program** (according to internal policy); * **Workplace gymnastics**; * **Rest area**; * **Birthday day off**; * **Partnerships** with: Universities; Language schools; Ótica Berlim; Deatec; CPO Clínica Psicológica do Oeste. **Hello, we are IXC Softers!** Now you’ll get to know a little about how the giant IXC Soft works.
