Description: * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree; * Experience in customer service and negotiations, preferably within financial institutions; * Knowledge of financial products and services is desirable; * CPA-10 certification is desirable for this role (to be obtained within 120 days after hiring); * Availability to travel within the branch’s operational region; * Preferably residing in Ipumirim/SC or nearby cities. Business Support: Receive documents and verify legal formalities of transactions to ensure agility and efficiency in processing requests. Forward transactions, perform registrations, and update records. Collections: Support collection efforts for credit operations in cases of delinquency, adhering to agreed negotiation timelines, with the objective of recovering the lent capital. Customer Service and Prospecting: Prospect new members and new business opportunities by introducing Sicredi. Provide customer service, identify members’ needs, and refer them to business managers. Digital Facilitator: Assist members with digital inclusion. Act as an agent of change by providing guidance to help members optimally use available digital services. Promote the cooperative movement.
