Handle incidents related to unloading payment, returns, and other anomalies identified during unloading. Monitor and record incidents from other clients when required. Ensure all incident handling is properly documented, updated, and resolved within defined deadlines. Maintain clear communication with drivers, clients, and internal departments to align information. Organize evidence, documents, and attachments in the internal system according to operational standards. **Requirements:** Requirements: Be focused, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and portal navigation. Strong communication skills and adaptability when interacting with diverse stakeholders. Proactive in identifying and resolving incidents. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in transportation, which adds value to performance.
