* Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses;
* Conduct economic and financial analyses to identify deviations and propose corrective actions;
* Support monthly closing, ensuring accurate result determination and managerial reporting;
* Consolidate and present performance reports by department, unit, and/or project;
* Develop, analyze, and monitor performance indicators (KPIs);
* Participate in product and project pricing, considering margins and operational costs;
* Support internal and external audits by providing documents and information;
* Automate and improve processes related to financial and budgetary control;
* Support the preparation of managerial reports, providing insights on costs, expenses, and profitability;
* Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations, collaborating on internal and external reporting;
* Conduct feasibility and economic-financial impact studies;
* Perform in-depth financial analyses focused on gross margin and gross profit, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities;
* Possess strong analytical ability and knowledge of legislation to develop reports, propose solutions, and optimize information;
* Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Siagri) and BI tools, among others;
* Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations, collaborating on internal and external reporting;
* Participate in the accounting closing process, ensuring data accuracy and contributing to the integrity of financial statements;
* Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings;
* Collaborate with departments such as accounting, tax, and financial planning to ensure information integrity;
* Operate company vehicles; driver's license category B required;
* Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork orientation, and preliminary risk awareness in performing tasks;
* Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity associated with the position.
