Our headquarters is located in Itapema/SC, and we also operate in Balneário Camboriú, Camboriú, Itajaí, Navegantes, and Porto Belo. **ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY** * Develop and lead the creation of graphic and visual materials for institutional campaigns, real estate launches, commercial initiatives, and special projects; * Ensure correct and consistent application of brand branding across all channels (online and offline), maintaining aesthetic standards, visual storytelling, and sophistication; * Act as guardian of the company's visual identity, guiding adjustments, evolutions, and brand extensions; * Create key visuals, visual concepts, and graphic systems for campaigns, products, and brand experiences; * Develop high-impact materials such as: * Institutional and commercial presentations; * Digital and offline media assets; * Materials for showrooms, point-of-sale (POS) locations, and events; * Sales books, catalogs, and premium printed materials; * Collaborate with Branding, Media, Product, Commercial, and Customer Experience teams to translate strategies into effective visual solutions; * Guide, review, and elevate the quality of deliverables from junior and mid-level designers, providing technical mentorship; * Interface with external vendors (printers, production houses, studios, agencies) to ensure technical and aesthetic quality in final execution; * Participate in approval processes with leadership, presenting creative rationale and strategic justification for proposed solutions; * Contribute visual innovation, market references, and applicable trends within the premium brand and high-end real estate sectors. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising, Communications, or related fields; * Proven experience as a mid-level or senior designer; * A strong portfolio featuring branding, campaign, and institutional material projects; * Experience working with premium brands, high-end markets, or aspirational segments; * Advanced technical proficiency in design tools; **Technical Competencies:** * Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); * Solid knowledge of visual identity, branding, and brand systems; * Experience in editorial design, layout, typography, and art direction; * Ability to create strategic key visuals and visual concepts; * Advanced understanding of print production, finishes, and specialty materials; * Experience designing for physical environments (POS, showrooms, events); * Ability to adapt assets for various formats and channels; * Knowledge of UX/UI or motion design is considered a plus; * Familiarity with file management, version control, and approval workflows.
