Job Summary: The professional will operate machinery and equipment, control product quality, assist in handling non-conformities, maintain the work environment and equipment, and support training. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of the work environment and equipment. **Additional Allowance:** 40% Hazard Pay **Job Benefits:** Starting salary of R$ 2.105,00, adjusted after the probationary period to R$ 2.423,00, plus 40% hazard pay (R$ 607.20), as well as benefits including meal allowance of R$ 426.20 (R$ 21.31 per working day), transportation allowance, health insurance, food basket, and discounts at pharmacies and universities. **Description of duties to be performed by the professional:** Check machine and safety device conditions at the start of each shift, record information, and identify irregularities; operate machinery and equipment—including overhead cranes—according to procedures and safety regulations; perform simple adjustments and material replenishment; control product quality through inspection, measurement, and recording; assist in addressing non-conformities and releasing parts; monitor production and work orders; maintain cleanliness, organization, and preservation of the work environment and equipment; and support training of assistants, performing other related duties. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; experience operating industrial machinery and equipment; basic knowledge of adjusting low-complexity machines; familiarity with quality control, measurement, and product inspection; knowledge of occupational safety standards; ability to identify equipment faults and irregularities; organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work in a team; availability to work rotating shifts; and proactivity in performing assigned tasks.
