Supervise the team and deliver training in the tax area **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: * Coordinate and review activities related to the assessment and collection of municipal, state, and federal taxes. * Monitor ongoing tax legislation and support management on matters relevant to this area. * Conduct tax studies. * Monitor ancillary obligations in LEAN. * Supervise the team of employees and communicate legislative changes, ensuring continuous updating regarding fiscal legislation amendments. * Handle official notices from municipal, state, and federal tax authorities. * Responsible for developing and monitoring the tax schedule. * Monitor the accounting schedule. * Deliver training in the area. * Monitor and verify the CMV. * Review Lean system calls related to CND. * Maintain additional services in GESCONT. * Generate monthly collection and checklist for protocol submission. * Conduct performance evaluations of analysts and employees. * Schedule vacations and manage overtime bank for teams. * Participate in recruitment, selection, and termination processes. * Review and submit monthly payroll tax exemptions to the HR department (DP). * Verify tax postings in ZEN (ICMS, ST, DIFAL, and ADJUSTMENT). * Attend client meetings and provide technical consulting to clients. * Draft client communications regarding legislative changes. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: * Degree in Accounting Sciences * Proactive * Communicative * Systemic vision **WORK SCHEDULE:** Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM – With a 1-hour and 20-minute break **BENEFITS:** Salary negotiable Benefits: Transportation Voucher (VT) + Meal Voucher (VR) or Food Allowance (VA) + Health Insurance after probationary period + Fresh fruits twice per week Register your resume at buscarvagas.com.br and stay updated on the best opportunities.
