A polyclinic is seeking a Receptionist professional in Atibaia (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Receive and attend to patients arriving at the polyclinic, providing information about the services offered and directing them to the appropriate areas. Schedule appointments, exams, and medical procedures according to the availability of healthcare professionals and necessary equipment. Accurately and systematically register patient data, such as name, age, address, phone number, and health insurance plan. Receive payments for appointments and procedures, issue receipts, and refer patients to the finance department if necessary. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients. Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information regarding operating hours, medical specialties, and procedures performed at the polyclinic. Assist in organizing and managing medical records, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information. Collaborate with the polyclinic’s multidisciplinary team, communicating any patient-related issues or needs and contributing to the smooth operation of patient care.
