Here, we build lasting careers and strong bonds. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Carefully and systematically pack customers' purchases using appropriate materials (bags, boxes, etc.). * Organize products within packages logically, separating cleaning supplies from food items, refrigerated goods, etc. * Assist customers in transporting their purchases to their vehicles when necessary and upon request. * Maintain the packing area clean, organized, and adequately stocked with required materials (bags, tapes, etc.). * Provide courteous and efficient customer service, answering questions and offering assistance. * Collaborate with checkout staff and other departments to ensure rapid and efficient service flow. * Ensure product integrity throughout the packing process. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Proactivity, agility, and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with the public. * Teamwork capability. * Physical stamina to handle and transport heavy items. #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** * Prior experience as a packer or in customer service. * Knowledge of organizing and handling various types of products. * Residing near the supermarket for easy access. #### **Benefits:** * Monthly merit-based bonus tied to store performance; * Birthday Kit for employees to celebrate with their families; #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off
