Our open and collaborative work environment is full of exciting opportunities and challenges, with people at the center, enabling you to deliver innovative solutions that improve people's lives. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Design and maintain the organization’s data architecture, ensuring efficiency and security. * Develop solutions that integrate various systems and platforms to optimize information flow. * Oversee database and cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) architecture. * Implement best practices for data quality, protection, and governance. * Collaborate with technology and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. * Evaluate and propose technological tools to improve enterprise information management. * Support analysts, programmers, and business leaders in understanding information needs and translating them into technical solutions. * Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java for data handling and transformation. * Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server and Oracle). * Familiarity with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. * Proficiency in data integration and modeling tools (ETL, Data Warehouse, Power BI, etc.). * Understanding of software architecture. * Knowledge of cybersecurity applied to data and compliance with internal policies. **Experience** --------------- * Minimum 5 years of experience. * Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, **Microsoft SQL Server and Reporting Services, Unix** * Experience across all stages of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, analysis, development, testing, and implementation. * ASP.NET, MVC, and Web APIs * Data model and Stored Procedures development. * Preferably experience in SQL programming. * Extensive experience developing web technologies such as Microsoft ASP.NET, JSP & Java. * Strong communication skills in Spanish and English. **Education** ------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science. **Benefits** -------------- * Retirement and Savings Plan (401K) with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of salary, * Life Insurance * Medical Plan, * 15 annual vacation days, * Modern gym in the central building, cafeteria, medical clinic, * Professional Development Program * Employee Assistance Program, * Company insurance discounts, * Recognition Programs, * Health Fairs, * Employee activities and other optional benefits. * Hybrid work arrangement after successful completion of probationary period.
