Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on permanent track, inspecting the track, and assisting with shunting operations and equipment maintenance. Works safely and uses personal protective equipment **Description and Responsibilities** -------------------------- * Perform preventive maintenance on permanent track in accordance with the Annual Maintenance Program; * Perform corrective maintenance on permanent track according to arising demands; * Assist in conducting the annual assessment of permanent track activities; * Inspect the permanent track, identifying obstacles/barriers that hinder safe passage; * Operate the track vehicle when authorized and qualified, and assist in its maintenance; * Maintain communication with the train driver and coordination team during permanent track inspections in the absence of the supervisor; * Distribute necessary materials to third-party contractors for preventive maintenance of the permanent track; * Assist with shunting operations of locomotives and passenger cars when required; * Assist in maintaining track vehicles and trolleys; * Work safely, using both individual and collective protective equipment. **Requirements** -------------- * Experience in civil construction is a plus. **Working Hours:** 07:30 to 11:48 and 13:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday\-feira **Interested in this position?** --------------------------- Apply now and take the next step in your career!
