Opportunity for professional growth and development **Responsibilities:** * Manage inventory of air conditioning materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are organized, controlled, and available for installations and maintenance. * Receive and store parts; maintain a clean and functional inventory. * Control item inflows and outflows, ensuring accurate recording of each movement to prevent losses and discrepancies, thereby supporting operational efficiency on construction sites while maintaining data accuracy. * Conduct periodic inventory audits and assist in organizing the workspace. * Ensure inventory accuracy, verifying information correctness and resolving discrepancies. * Arrange freight services for material and equipment pickups and deliveries. * Pick up and deliver equipment/materials to suppliers or customers as required. * Support installers and construction teams, ensuring necessary materials are available at the right time and location. * Propose and implement actions to preserve assets (materials and equipment) in inventory, ensuring their quality and service life. **Requirements:** * High school diploma. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields currently pursued is preferred. * Experience in construction or general installation work. * Knowledge of ERP systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
