Responsibilities: Finance: * Recording and monitoring accounts payable * Organizing and issuing invoices for accounts payable * Recording and monitoring accounts receivable * Customer collections * Issuing bank slips (boletos) * Releasing orders for payment – Factories * Verifying discount percentages – Orders Commission payment calculation – Sales and installations * Tax: * Verifying taxes – ICMS / FECOEP Advance Payment and Simples Nacional * Importing XML of incoming fiscal invoices * Issuing outgoing fiscal invoices * Issuing outgoing fiscal invoices for accounting purposes Tracking shipping and receipt documents in the system * HR: * Checking pay slips * Monitoring employee vacation periods * Monitoring electronic timekeeping, absences, and compensatory time * Verifying employment termination and hiring records * Sending information for hiring and dismissal * Assisting in meeting registration – preparing minutes * Assisting in recording employee and store incidents * Assisting in issuing employee warnings Assisting in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) delivery. * Requirements: * Prior experience in finance or accounting roles. * Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting is a plus. Attention to detail. * Compensation: * Salary: R$ 1.700,00. * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance.
