Focus on high-quality customer service **The Optical Store Manager** is responsible for leading and supervising all store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, efficient team management, achievement of sales targets, and optimization of unit performance. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Team Management: Training, motivating, and developing the sales team. * Customer Service: Ensuring high-quality service, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding customer expectations. * Target Management: Monitoring and implementing strategies to achieve sales and performance targets. * Inventory Control: Overseeing product restocking and inventory management. * Visual Merchandising: Ensuring the store is well-organized and product displays comply with brand standards. * Reporting: Analyzing performance metrics and preparing sales and productivity reports. * Process Administration: Managing operational workflows from customer service through to sale completion.
