




**Responsibilities:** * Ensure that the Operational Portfolios of the process are executed according to defined priorities and deadlines; * Integrate resources to improve operational evidence, as well as control actions during Implementation; * Optimally define maintenance and operational continuity (ECOP) service portfolios to be executed onboard through appropriate prioritization; * Control potential and actual losses of the process, products, and services, analyzing causes of deviations and developing action plans; * Implement risk study recommendations to ensure reduction of operational risks on the platform; * Ensure that projects developed by third parties meet regulatory requirements (adherence to the activity schedule for the period); * Monitor execution of third-party contracts, ensuring accurate measurement items and applicable penalties; * Ensure process compliance, addressing identified anomalies; * Address anomalies in processes not linked to KPIs; * Ensure that internal and external legal compliance demands for platform and production field processes are adequately met; * Demonstrate process compliance during audits (regulatory bodies/certification bodies, etc). **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in one of the following fields: Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Metallurgy, Materials, Naval, Petroleum, Chemical or Civil Engineering. Valid registration with CREA; * MBA or postgraduate degree in related fields. **Experience:** 5 (five) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services. **Technical Competencies:** Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software. Knowledge of SAP system. Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI and Spotfire) for information processing and generation of management reports. Knowledge of BW system. Knowledge of oil and gas production processes.
