Job Summary: The professional will monitor the heavy-duty vehicle fleet, manage incidents, and ensure fleet productivity and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Support for drivers and risk management companies **Requirements:** * Completed high school or currently pursuing a technical course in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours; * Experience in driver support, risk management companies, branches, and logistics; * Experience with vehicle monitoring and tracking software; good communication skills. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor the heavy-duty vehicle fleet of the Transportation and Logistics Unit of Grupo Scapini, ensuring fleet productivity, addressing incidents caused by unauthorized stops, unauthorized trips, trip transit-time, and other situations impacting customer service and Scapini logistics. * Provide support to drivers, risk management companies, branches, and logistics departments. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Saturday: 6:00 AM–11:30 AM and 12:30 PM–2:20 PM.
