Description
**Education:**
* Bachelor's degree in International Trade or International Relations.
**Requirements:**
* **Availability for in-person training in Nova Lima/MG;**
* **Prior experience in international freight forwarding required;**
* Proficiency in customs regulations and procedures;
* Knowledge of Incoterms (international commercial terms);
* Understanding of tariffs, taxes, and fees applicable to imported and exported goods;
* Market analysis skills (research, trend analysis, price competitiveness evaluation);
* Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and others;
* Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and specialized foreign trade software;
* Intermediate English;
* Behavioral competencies: strong communication skills for direct client interaction, analytical thinking, attention to detail, negotiation, teamwork, adaptability, strategic vision, time management.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Perform international freight forwarding operations for both imports and exports;
* Interface with suppliers and clients, providing and receiving information regarding products and services;
* Handle documentation related to quotations, pricing, and detailed specifications;
* Receive quotation request submissions;
* Execute the quotation process;
* Finalize procurement of services;
* Analyze the international services market;
* Develop new suppliers and clients.
