Job Summary: The professional will provide training and technical support to users, perform configurations, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment, as well as inventory control and general departmental support. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and user training 2. Configuration and maintenance of IT equipment 3. IT and telephony inventory control Provide remote and on-site technical training and support to users; Configure access profiles, printers, Outlook, digital certificates, and all software required for users' job performance; Support the installation and maintenance of desktops, notebooks, wired and Wi-Fi networks; Monitor and manage inventory of IT equipment, assets, and mobile telephony; Support other departmental requests. Requirements: Experience in the role; currently enrolled in an Information Technology or related field program; personal vehicle required. Residence location: Extrema, Vargem, or Bragança Paulista Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00\.
