Job Summary: Professional required to lead, schedule, and monitor projects; manage risks; communicate with customers and teams; and control financial indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and oversee projects from conception through implementation. 2. Manage risks and opportunities in products and projects. 3. Strategic communication with customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Lead project meetings and follow up on action plans. Schedule and monitor phases of ongoing pilot projects. Conduct critical analysis stages of projects. Manage risks and opportunities for both series-produced products and new projects. Present status reports of projects under your responsibility during team and escalation meetings within the production unit. Communicate with customers regarding project-related matters. Communicate with involved parties regarding project development progress. Monitor equipment delivery and line assembly for these projects. Perform categorization of ongoing projects. Manage financial indicators for projects under your responsibility. Monitor and present PDP gates for projects under your responsibility. Comply with company policies/procedures/standards, work processes, and implemented management systems. Maintain order, custody, and preservation of materials and equipment under your responsibility, as well as the workplace; and keep documentation related to work processes organized. Perform other duties related to your role and work process procedures. This position handles sensitive information. Requirements: Education in International Trade, Computer Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Production Management Technology, Business Administration, Commercial Management Technology, or Hydraulic Engineering. Experience in project management or industrial engineering; knowledge of the PDP (Project Development Process) and FLM (Flawless Launch Metric) reporting. **Technical Knowledge:** project categorization, FLM – Flawless Launch Metric, PDP gates (Project Development Process), integration, Microsoft Office suite, departmental procedures. Reside in Paraisópolis – MG.
