**Junior Project Analyst** =============================== TOTVS \| Cascavel \- PR \| Hybrid Job Description Responsible for managing implementation/evolution projects with clients, ensuring implementation quality and success, while gathering necessary resources to meet deadlines and deliverables agreed upon with the client. Responsibilities and Duties * Manage small-scale projects without customizations; * Identify and document project stakeholders based on MIT; * Support planning and execution of communications; * Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, sharing data and information via email, calls/meetings, and system records; * Identify risks associated with projects under responsibility and register them in the system; * Record lessons learned, based on MIT documentation; * Plan and allocate resources involved in the project; * Report project data to management using KPIs; * Ensure timely billing of service projects, per the commercial proposal signed by the client; * Guarantee financial profitability of service projects under responsibility; * Ensure accurate and timely time tracking for all allocated resources working on projects under responsibility. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. Specific Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite \- Excel; theoretical knowledge of project tools and methodologies. * Desirable Qualifications Knowledge of TOTVS products.
